Consignor Payout on Sold Items
Our consignors earn 60% on sold items. A consignor fee is paid prior to drop off. Within two weeks after the sale, an electronic check will be emailed to your email on file with JBF.
Important Waivers
It is mandatory that you bring a completed waiver for these items:

- NEW: We will be taking additional plush toys. See the Approved Plush Toy Guidelines.
- Book Limit: Each seller can bring 100 tags in the book category. A bundle of 3 books counts as one tag. A single book by itself is one tag.
- Teen Clothing: There are MANY things to know about this section so check out our Teen Clothing Guidelines document.
- Top No Thank You Items
- Breast Pumps (brand new accessories OK)
- Medicine or Formula
- Pregnancy Books
- Races, runs, walks, & souvenir/vacation spot shirts
- Out of fashion (older than 5 years)
- Stuffed animals not on approved list
- Shoes over size 7 (unless they are in the teen section)
1. Register your Tags
This registration attaches your tags (ones already created and ones you create leading up to the sale) to this sale, allowing them to be scanned at the register.
2. Seller Sign Up
Visit our one stop for seller fee, waiver, drop off scheduler and pick up scheduler! We are excited to have this as a way to take care of all these items in one spot! This must be done prior to the sale.
3. Prepare & tag your items
There is a limit of 750 total items per seller. Please do not bring more than 5 of the exact same item. See What To Bring Guide for more information.

5. Drop off, shop & watch your Seller check grow!
JBF Rockford is designed as a family-to-family event. While we welcome all types of items, new or gently used, this sale is not intended for commercial-scale consignment. Consignors whose primary purpose is to sell items acquired from liquidation, bulk purchases, or other commercial sourcing are not permitted. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any consignor, along with their items, who does not align with our mission to create a community-focused marketplace for families.
Consignor & Item Limits: To ensure a fair and community-focused event, we have a limit of three consignor numbers per household. Each consignor is limited to 750 tags per sale. Additionally, there is a maximum of three identical or like items per consignor number.
